I do Drag now for more than 10 years. I started doing Drag on a party and been so fascinated about the power of drag. After that, I put a focus on it for my job. In my work I use often pictures and videos of my Drag King Workshops to show, gender is a construct. My work is very inspired by the work of Diane Torr. I visit a workshop from her in 2012 and learned a lot from her.

Doing this Drag King Workshops with a lot of groups in the last 8 years. People are very interesed about them and we always show, gender is a construct.

It's a nice feminist way to empower women. And to show, gender is performance.

Drag King Workshops are a very other way of Drag Kinging like doing it on st

ages.

I just have to grow in the Workshops to go on public stages.

But for 3 years now I do Drag King performances on stages. It makes a lot of fun to switch between the genders. The audience is always great. We got a nice Drag King

scene in Germany. Not the biggest, but its constantly there and we are good connected. We also got to fight about the visibility of Kings but we work on it.

For the Kingme I start a new character. His name is Hans Schwanz. He is a german male cliché. I like to perfom him because he is a little bit dump, he likes himself very

much, and he loves to do mansplaining. He is a real German stereotype.

He comes from the south, Bavaria, to cologne, and sometimes he feel lost in this big city. But he

is a men and don't show it. Hans loves to drink beer. And to explain women what they can do it better
